Supervisor University – Managing Employees 101

Fee: $239/$189 for CUs under 50 million. $289.00 for associate members. *If you are a CU travelling from the Presque Isle area (The County, NorState, or Acadia), please reach out for a discounted attendee fee. 

Managing Employees 101: This session targets supervisors who want to gain comfort in their roles through learning the basics of the supervisory role, including defining leadership, building trust among employees, effective delegation, situational leadership, and motivation. Participants will begin to develop their leadership and not just management style.

This certification series has been designed to help you work efficiently and effectively with people and processes in your credit union. Key skills and knowledge are emphasized to help you become an effective and successful supervisor. Certification is awarded upon completion of all five courses.
