Fee: $259/$209 for CUs under 50 million. $309.00 for associate members. *If you are a CU travelling from the Presque Isle area (The County, NorState, or Acadia), please reach out for a discounted attendee fee. 

Credit unions are challenged by constant bombardment, faster pace and the complexity of change. Credit unions need change-savvy managers because they play the most significant role in effectively implementing change in an organization. The session will demystify the people side of change, help managers understand their expanded role and practice new management techniques.

This certification series has been designed to help you work efficiently and effectively with people and processes in your credit union. Key skills and knowledge are emphasized to help you become an effective and successful supervisor. Certification is awarded upon completion of the five courses.
