Credit unions are challenged by constant bombardment, faster pace, and the complexity of change. Credit unions need change-savvy managers because they play the most significant role in effectively implementing change in an organization. The session will demystify the people side of change, help managers understand their expanded role and practice new management techniques.
This certification series has been designed to help you work efficiently and effectively with people and processes in your credit union. Key skills and knowledge are emphasized to help you become an effective and successful supervisor. Certification is awarded upon completion of the five courses.
*CLASS DISCLAIMER AND CANCELLATION FEE: Any cancellation made less than one week in advance will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the class/training fee. If our classes/trainings do not get enough registered attendees, we may have to make the decision to change the date, move an in-person training to a virtual one, or cancel the class. We will do our best to make you aware of that with enough notice.*
