Great coaching gives employees just what they need, when they need it. Coaching is an excellent method to accelerate growth and has the power to lead to breakthroughs in individual performance – making a big impact on both the individual and your team. This session will allow participants to:
- Define what great coaching is and what it looks like
- Determine their role as a coach
- Learn the coaching model
- Practice key coaching skills
- Build self-awareness and self-confidence as coaches and leaders

This certification series has been designed to help you work efficiently and effectively with people and processes in your credit union. Key skills and knowledge are emphasized to help you become an effective and successful supervisor. Certification is awarded upon completion of the five courses.
