Certified Teller Two Webinar Series

The Certified Teller Specialist training program has now been adapted to a webinar series. Part Two is comprised of 6 webinars, 2 per day on the following dates;

November 2, 8 & 16, 2022  10:00-11:30, lunch break, 12:30-2:00

This is the second of a three-part series to earn the Certified Teller Certification.

Attendees will take an in-depth look at member service excellence and becoming a trusted member advisor. Topics will include professional service and sales, building relationships to create member loyalty, strategies for effective listening and asking the right questions, cross-selling in a positive manner that is beneficial to members, making sales a natural part of interactions with your members, the basics of IRAs, share insurance and shared branching.

The third part of Certified Teller Three & graduation will be held on 11/30/2022 in-person at a Bangor location TBD
