Innovating and Adapting to Changing Dynamics
Stacie VanDenBerghe will cover what is changing in our industry, how to adapt and build an engaged workforce as we navigate the changing environment. She will cover how to build an engaged workforce and pivot to the new workforce dynamics. In addition, we will carve out time to discuss industry best practices and what we are doing in our own areas to help build a stronger workforce and deliver high levels of newly defined member service.
