This comprehensive, two-day* Certified Teller Specialist Two training is offered on Tuesday, September 27 from 9:00-3:30, and Wednesday, October 5, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
This is the second of a three-part series to earn the Certified Teller Specialist Certification. Attendees will take an in-depth look at member service excellence and becoming a trusted member advisor. Topics will include professional service and sales, building relationships to create member loyalty, strategies for effective listening and asking the right questions, cross-selling in a positive manner that is beneficial to members, making sales a natural part of interactions with your members, the basics of IRAs, share insurance and shared branching.
