AARP Provides BankSafe Program Update
Credit unions in Maine can utilize two important training programs to help keep their older members safe from financial exploitation: Senior$afe and AARP’s BankSafe. Atlantic FCU Announces New Role for Chief Operations Officer Keith Rioux
Atlantic FCU has announced that Keith Rioux, its Chief Operations Officer, will assume the title of Senior Advisor. Rioux has worked at Atlantic FCU for more than 30 years, moving from lending to marketing. He then held the leadership roles of Branch Manager, VP Branch Operations, SVP Operations, and then Chief Operations Officer in 2013.
Katahdin FCU Signs New Ten-Year Agreement with Synergent for the Symitar Episys Core Processing System
Synergent is pleased to announce that Katahdin FCU has signed a new ten-year outsourcing agreement with Synergent to provide the Symitar® Episys® core processing system. The credit union also works with Synergent for its card services, check processing, statement processing, digital banking, and laser check printing.
Penobscot County FCU Fully Migrates to The County FCU's Core, Impacting Shared Branching
The County FCU is pleased to announce it has brought Penobscot County FCU members and The County FCU members together on one system following their recent merger. On October 1, Penobscot County FCU’s membership migrated to The County FCU’s Episys® core operating system. This migration, however, has impacted Shared Branching for Penobscot County FCU members.
