Fair Lending – A discussion of what NCUA and other regulators are looking at and steps you need to take to ensure you can pass assessment together with other issues often overlooked but should be addressed.

E-Sign – What you may be doing wrong; proper methodology; and alternatives to paper. Credit Unions are still not getting the message (or perhaps it’s the vendors). Let’s address E-Sign A to Z, share examples of how to do it right; have a risk based discussion of what you may be doing or considering; and talk about other non-paper disclosure options you can use.

Private Flood Insurance – Discussion of the new final rules (Effective July 1, 2019) for private flood insurance, the options for compliance, and suggestions for successful implementation of the requirements.
