Times: All virtual classes will be 10:00 am – 2:00 pm with a lunch break from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm.
The Westbrook training and graduation will be from 9:00 am – 3:30 pm at the Credit Union Service Center at 2 Ledgeview Dr., in Westbrook, Maine.
This is a three-part series to earn the Certified Teller Certification.
This introductory program will provide training in the importance of credit unions and basic teller operations and skills including credit union history and principles, managing and maintaining the cash drawer, robbery and security, check fraud, check processing, Reg. CC, handling currency, BSA and OFAC compliance, basics of the credit bureau report, and lending.
Total Cost: $948; Under $50 Million: $650
Billing will be done for all seven dates as a series with all three parts included.
