Times: All virtual classes will be 10:00 am – 2:00 pm with a lunch break from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm.
The in person trainings and graduations will be from 9:00 am – 3:30 pm.
This is a three-part series to earn the Certified Teller Certification.
This introductory program will provide training in the importance of credit unions and basic teller operations and skills including credit union history and principles, managing and maintaining the cash drawer, robbery and security, check fraud, check processing, Reg. CC, handling currency, BSA and OFAC compliance, basics of the credit bureau report, and lending.
Total Cost: $1,045; Under $50 Million: $750. $1,340 for associate members.
Billing will be broken up and completed after each individual class date.

If our classes/trainings do not get enough registered attendees, we may have to make the decision to change the date, move an in-person training to a virtual one, or cancel the class.
