Hike the Hill 2023

Hike the Hill will start with a Legislative Briefing and Reception at Credit Union House on Monday, October 23. A specific time for the briefing will be finalized, but it will likely begin at 4:00 pm. CUNA legislative staff will provide an update on credit union issues at the federal level and underscore key talking points for our meetings with our congressional delegation and regulators. Following our visit to the Credit Union House, we will be hosting a dinner for all attendees, location to be announced. Our meetings with all four members of our Delegation and their staff will take place throughout the day on Tuesday, and we anticipate meeting with credit union regulators on Wednesday, with meetings running into the afternoon.

Most attendees, including League staff, will be traveling on October 23 and returning late afternoon or evening on October 25. We have a block of rooms reserved at the AC Hotel, Capitol Hill Navy Yard and we have managed to secure the same room rate as last year, $329 a night. Please register by Friday, September 15.

Depending on the level of interest, the total number of representatives from a single credit union may need to be limited. The League will contact CEOs directly if an issue arises.
