It is estimated that the worldwide prevalence of dementia will double by 2050. Although banking is an everyday task that most of us take for granted, accessing financial services challenges people with dementia. They may begin to have difficulty remembering or understanding their financial decisions. This webinar will help credit union staff recognize signs of dementia and highlight what they can do to better assist and protect these vulnerable members.
