Attendees learn the history and social purpose of co-ops and credit unions. Participants will leave with a greater understanding of just how special credit unions are, and why the Eight Cooperative Principles are at the heart of the movement’s good business practices. 

Objectives: 

  • Understand the history of credit unions and the impact it has on today’s credit unions
  • Identify the Eight Cooperative Principles 

*CLASS DISCLAIMER AND CANCELLATION FEE: Any cancellation made less than one week in advance will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the class/training fee. If our classes/trainings do not get enough registered attendees, we may have to make the decision to change the date, move an in-person training to a virtual one, or cancel the class. We will do our best to make you aware of that with enough notice.*
