Financial institutions continue to face increasing headwinds on the regulatory compliance front and every credit union needs to stay on top of emerging compliance risks. We understand every product, service and delivery method we offer is covered by multiple layers of laws, rules and regulations. Unfortunately, “consumer protection attorneys” and over active regulators know the same thing! Join veteran credit union attorney David Reed as he updates the current compliance landscape and leads focused discussion on matters impacting the financial services industry.
