This is the second of a three-part series to earn the Certified Teller Certification.
Attendees will take an in-depth look at member service excellence and becoming a trusted member advisor. Topics will include professional service and sales, building relationships to create member loyalty, strategies for effective listening and asking the right questions, cross-selling in a positive manner that is beneficial to members, making sales a natural part of interactions with your members, the basics of IRAs, share insurance and shared branching.
