Certified Teller One, Day One & Two

This comprehensive two-day program on Tuesday, September 20, and Wednesday, September 21, from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm, at the Credit Union Service Center in Westbrook, will provide an in-depth training in teller operations and skills, and is the first of a three-part series to earn the Certified Teller Specialist Certification. Topics will include Credit Union History and Principles, Financial Terminology, Types of Accounts, Your Cash Drawer, Robbery and Security, Transactions, Confidentiality, Check Fraud, Check Processing, Check Cashing Policy and Reg CC, BSA and OFAC Compliance, Account Ownership, and more!
