Alex Ferguson & York Chapter YPN Event

Younger credit union professionals from both Alex Ferguson and York Chapter credit unions have an incredible opportunity to come together and gain valuable insight into advancing a career in our industry at the end of July, and our League hopes you will join us! On Thursday, July 25 at PeoplesChoice CU in Saco, the Chapter will host a panel discussion and networking social hour to allow credit union professionals under the age of 40 to ask questions, play games, share aspirations, and discuss issues being faced at your credit unions.

The panel will be moderated by Jake Holmes, the League’s Director of Outreach & Financial Education, and will feature Alex Ferguson and York Chapter Presidents/CEOs. They will share advice on how to grow your credit union career and what the path looked like for them to get where they are now. Attendees can also participate in a question-and-answer portion at the end of the panel. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of this great opportunity to learn from some of our industry’s veterans by coming prepared with a question or two you’d like to ask these Presidents! 

Following the panel discussion, attendees will engage in a networking hour, allowing people to share stories, meet like-minded peers, grow their professional circles, and connect about similar goals. Additionally, attendees will be able to utilize the ample fun games and activities PeoplesChoice CU has to offer, including shuffleboard, foosball, a golf simulator, and more! Food and drinks will be provided. 

The event is free to attend and will take place from 5:00-7:00 pm at 23 Industrial Park Road in Saco.
