Technology Operations Generalist


Maine State CU is hiring a Technology Operations Generalist at its Augusta location.

Description:  

Provide technical support in the development and maintenance of credit union systems for: 

  • Digital banking 
  • Loan origination 
  • Data analytics 
  • Member operations 
  • Network systems 
  • Information and physical security 
  • Various systems and hardware used by staff 

Provide support to departments in the development, implementation, and installation of upgrades, updates, and new projects relating to hardware, systems, reporting, security, and physical infrastructure. 

Provide Technology Operations Department and Facilities administrative support as needed.

You should have three to five years of similar or related experience. Working knowledge of credit union systems and platforms (e.g. Symitar Episys) is beneficial for this position. Working knowledge of SQL is preferred. Also required are exceptional interpersonal skills, professional appearance, reliable attendance and an ability to be detail oriented while managing multiple tasks. The position requires a two-year college degree or specialized training to acquire the job-specific skills.
