Member Services Supervisor


Midcoast FCU is hiring a Member Services Supervisor at its Thomaston location.

Midcoast FCU is seeking a motivated Member Services Supervisor (Head Teller) to support our Thomaston branch. This role will provide deposit, operational, and compliance support of daily teller processes. This position seeks to maintain and improve the accuracy of member transactions and ensure the delivery of exceptional member service. The Member Services Supervisor will work to improve operational efficiencies within their branch and the organization, and coach and develop individual team members’ skills and performance.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Educate, direct, coach, develop and evaluate individual teller performance in all areas
  • Adhere to vault cash security controls and the Midcoast Balancing Standard Policy
  • Ensure transaction accuracy per Teller Over/Short Balancing Standard Policy
  • Adhere to deposit-related compliance regulations (BSA/AML/OFAC/MIP/CTR/Reg CC)

Experience:

1-3 years similar or related experience.

Education:

A high school education or GED.

Work Environment Work:

Work is expected to be performed in a credit union branch location.
