Member Services Representative

Maine Family FCU is hiring a Member Services Representative at its Lewiston location.

This position serves as a liaison between the credit union and its members. The primary function of this position is to provide general and specific account related information concerning the members’ credit union products and services in person, by telephone, or email. This position also provides a variety of transactional services for members such as wire transfers, stop payment requests, deposits, withdrawals, and opening accounts.

Candidate must enjoy working with people and believe in the credit union philosophy of ‘People Helping People’. Candidate must also be reliable, have good verbal and written communication skills, must maintain a high level of confidentiality, and able to work in a team environment.

Hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm and Friday 8:30am-6:00pm.
