TruChoice FCU is hiring a Financial Services Representative at its Biddeford location.

TruChoice specializes in serving Maine families with credit and financial wellness opportunities by helping people meet or exceed, their financial goals, by earning their trust, and building long term financial relationships. If you enjoy working as part of a team, have a passion for helping people in person or in a digital environment, this role may be for you.

Job Requirements:

  • Skilled at being encouraging and motivating to team members, fostering a positive and uplifting environment that promotes individual and collective growth

  • Build trusting relationships over time through sales generation, lending, member education, and financial coaching.
  • Creates and maintains relationships between the organization and our surrounding community
  • Maintain a dependable record of attendance and timeliness.
  • Possess attention to detail, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
