The County FCU is hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at its Presque Isle location.

The County FCU is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Accounting and Finance department of the credit union. As a key member of the executive team based in Presque Isle, Maine, the CFO will assume a strategic role in assisting with the overall management and will have primary day-to-day responsibilities for planning, budgeting, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial activities of the credit union. This includes but is not limited to, the direct responsibility of accounting, forecasting, financial strategic planning, asset-liability management, and investments. The qualified candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and 5 to 7 years of experience in oversight in a finance-related field, have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, exceptional management and communication skills, a proven history in financial management, and a CPA designation is preferred.
