Maine Family FCU is hiring a Member Services Support Specialist at its Lewiston location.

Maine Family FCU is seeking a motivated, reliable, and friendly individual to join our team. The Member Services Support Specialist is responsible for representing the credit union in a courteous and professional manner while providing prompt, efficient, and accurate service. This position serves as a support for the Member Services department by providing a variety of transactional services and resolving issues professionally by telephone, home banking, and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general information concerning the members’ credit union products and services by telephone or email.
  • Respond to members’ requests, problems, and complaints and/or direct them to the appropriate person for specific information and assistance.
  • Promote credit union products and services based on member’s
  • Respond to Home Banking messages and inquiries
  • Respond to voicemail messages
  • Assist members with requests for wire transfers, stop payment requests, share draft check orders/pending order verifications, copy of paid draft requests, Easy Reach Applications, ACH origination requests, and verification of deposits.
  • Remain current in any changes relating to the Member Services procedures.
  • Fill in as a Member Services Specialist when needed.
