The MSR Team Lead supports and oversees daily teller line operations and staff. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this position helps to coach and ensure effective teamwork within the branch environment. Responsible for establishing and maintaining excellence in communication, teller line accuracy, member service and operational standards, always leading by example.
