Bankruptcy & Collections Conference

Join the Maine Credit Union League and Dan Cummings for a bankruptcy & collections conference. This program will review bankruptcy issues and judicial enforcement of member debts that are in default as these issues are handled in Maine, both in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and the state courts. Coverage will include what actions should be taken and when, and what steps a Credit Union may take on its own and those that legal assistance likely is necessary. Topics will include:

Fee: $249.00/$189.00 for CUs under 50 million. $399.00 for associate members.
