• Parenting During a Pandemic: Maintaining balance while juggling parenting, employee and professional roles.
• Advocating for Yourself: Speaking up, having professional conversations with management and discussing your career path
• Communicating Remotely: How to be assertive, have confidence and be heard in a virtual environment
• Managing Employee Parents During a Pandemic: Share ideas about helping employees who face difficult decisions about the work/family balance

Sister Societies are GWLN chapters established on a local level around the world to further the GWLN’s global mission by making a local impact. The purpose is to convene credit union women, discuss credit union issues, exchange ideas, network with neighboring credit union leaders, and provide education to share lessons learned with Network members worldwide. Anyone connected to a credit union is welcome to attend Sister Society events.
