CU Professional – Developing Presentation Skills | April 10 from 9:00 am – 3:30 pm | Hilton Garden Inn

Great presenters instill trust, engage the mind and heart, deliver information and ideas, and inspire and captivate. Whether we are presenting in a team meeting or to members, our business success depends on strong, well-crafted, well-delivered presentations.

Shannon Lindstrom will facilitate this session that will enable participants to become more confident speakers who engage and invigorate others, while also addressing challenges with tact and professionalism.

The fee to attend is $239; $179 for credit unions under $50 million.

Supervisor University – Learning the Science Behind Relationships: Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace | April 11 from 9:00 am – 3:30 pm | Hilton Garden Inn

Research shows that emotional intelligence is more important than ability and technical skills combined. Fortunately, it is a skill that can be developed in everyone. Participants will leave with a better understanding of themselves and others so that they can build rapport, lead change, handle conflict, and collaborate effectively.

Any cancellation made less than one week in advance will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the class/training fee.
