For $329, you will have full access to all five modules of the Certified Teller Specialist One Series. Join us for each live session on the dates below, or access the recordings at a later date – the choice is yours!

The Certified Teller Specialist One Series includes five modules covering the following objectives:

  • NEXT LIVE SESSION: Monday, January 29, 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. - Module One: History of Your Credit Union, Your Cash Drawer, and Handling Money
  • Monday, February 5, 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. - Module Two: Handling Checks, and Check Fraud
  • Monday, February 12, 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. - Module Three: Teller Transactions, and Reg. CC
  • Monday, February 26, 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. - Module Four: BSA and OFAC for Tellers
  • Monday, March 5, 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. - Module Five: Confidentiality, Security of Member Information, and Robbery Preparedness
