The League is pleased to announce we are holding our annual Ending Hunger Convention Golf Tournament on Thursday, May 12, to coincide with Convention. We hope your credit union will join us as we tee off together at the beautiful Belgrade Lakes Golf Club in support of our signature social responsibility initiative.
Event Details and Registration
To register a team or sign up an individual player to participate, please visit: www.campaignforendinghunger.org/golf. The online portal will be used to secure both registrations and event sponsorships.
The price for this year’s tournament is $165 per person or $640 to enter four players. Payment can be processed through the website registration page using a credit card, or you can pay by check or through your credit union’s Tricorp account.
Our annual event is very popular. We encourage you to act quickly and register as soon as possible to guarantee a spot. Credit unions are asked to limit their registration to one foursome only, unless they sponsor at a level that comes with two teams.

To adhere to the course’s COVID-19 safety procedures, each team will begin play at a specific time. Tee times fill up fast, so please be sure to request your time after you have completed your registration (see the “Book Your Tee Time” tab). We can accommodate tee time requests as early as 7:30 am. If you have any problems securing your tee time, please email Lauren McCallum at lmccallum@mainecul.org for assistance.
Sponsorships
To help the Campaign reach its fundraising goals for 2022, sponsorship support for major events like the Ending Hunger Convention Golf Tournament is critical. We hope your credit union also will consider serving as one of our event sponsors. Please keep in mind:
- Sponsorship opportunities are on a first-come, first-serve basis and three sponsorship levels (Course Champion, Beverage/Snack Station, and Own a Hole) include a foursome.
- Sponsorship packages that include golf are explicitly stated on the online portal.
- If your credit union sponsors at a level that includes a golf foursome, you do not need to purchase a foursome or a single golf player ticket registration.
Serving as an event sponsor is a great way to show your credit union’s support for the Campaign. The League also encourages you to share our website with your vendors if you think they might be interested in serving as a sponsor. Sponsorship opportunities will close on April 8.
