It's a new year and a new opportunity to enroll in Supervisor University. Now is your chance to learn the building blocks of superior management skills! Please consider attending Supervisor University - Basic Supervision, on Wednesday, January 7, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at the Credit Union Service Center. With this course, you will learn the fundamentals of becoming a successful supervisor by learning the difference between leading and managing. You will go over different leadership styles and when to use them appropriately in addition to exploring what delegation really means. You will benefit from this course by coming away with many useful tools to inspire, coach, and motivate your employees!
