Service with a Smile; Even On The Phone!


Attitude is everything! Your mentality with members on the phone matters even if callers cannot see you. It is just as important to still give exceptional service over the phone as it is in face-to-face interactions.  Your League has an upcoming training that can help.

Jane Thomas, your League's Director of Education, will be conducting the training session, Telephone Sales and Service, which will be devoted to teaching you to deliver “WOW” service over the phone. Join her for this excellent learning opportunity on Wednesday, January 28 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Credit Union Service Center in Westbrook. Learn proper telephone etiquette, how to deal with difficult members, and the do’s and don’ts for every interaction.
