In conjunction with the League’s Convention and the Ending Hunger Golf Tournament, the League will host an online auction to benefit Maine Credit Unions’ Campaign for Ending Hunger. Your credit union can support our auction and help the Campaign reach its $1 million annual fundraising goal by donating an auction item. Popular items include gift cards, restaurant gift certificates, tickets to sporting events/concerts, gift baskets, and amusement park passes.
If you are willing to make a donation, please complete our convenient online donation form and forward your auction item(s) to the League by Friday, April 23, 2023. Completing the form is important for our recordkeeping, and it helps the League prepare the auction website, which goes live on May 1. Auction items can be mailed to:

If you are unable to send your item(s) by this deadline, or if you would prefer to bring it with you to the League’s Convention, you can email a photograph of the item instead to Lauren McCallum at lmccallum@mainecul.org.
All auction items will be on display from 9:00 am – 2:30 pm at the League’s Convention on May 19 at the Holiday Inn By the Bay. Online bidding will conclude at 2:30 pm and items will be available for pick-up after 3:00 pm.
Golf Tournament
The League still has several sponsorship opportunities available for our Ending Hunger Convention Golf Tournament. If your credit union has not yet committed to a sponsorship, we hope you will consider adding your name to our sponsor roster.
