Dirigo FCU Strikes It Big with Its Annual Bowling Event

On October 8, Dirigo FCU hosted its annual ‘Bowling for Ending Hunger’ event to raise money for Maine Credit Unions’ Campaign for Ending Hunger. With 16 teams participating and strong support from members, the credit union raised over $3,000 to help combat food insecurity.

The event took place at Just-In-Time Recreation located in Lewiston. Just-In-Time also served as an event sponsor.

With both members and employees competing in the fundraiser, a good time was had by all involved. Dirigo FCU’s President/CEO Mark Samson’s team even took home the coveted second place spot!
