Seasoned tellers, as well as those who have completed parts one and two are invited to join your League’s Jane Thomas on Wednesday, January 10, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Bangor FCU for the final installment of the three-part Certified Teller Training Program.
The Certified Teller, Part Three & Graduation will review the basics of IRAs and shared insurance. This course will take an in-depth look at the credit bureau report, as well as review the policies and procedures of Shared Branching. Finally, attendees will have the opportunity to talk with credit union managers before the Teller Graduation Luncheon, where tellers will receive their Certified Teller Specialist Certification!
