Changing Seasons Federal Credit Union recently partnered with the Penobscot Theatre Company (PTC) in Bangor to host a unique training session for its employees. The teambuilding experience utilized improvisational training to foster institutional agility, creative problem-solving, and collaborative communication.
“Our entire team had a wonderful time learning from the professionals at the Penobscot Theatre Company,” said Sue Cross, CEO of Changing Seasons Federal Credit Union. “The exercises we engaged in were fun and practical and I know we all walked away from the experience feeling better equipped to handle unexpected and challenging situations.”
PTC’s improvisational training provides companies an opportunity to empower their teams, promote customer service, and increase employee retention. For Changing Seasons FCU, their training session encouraged staff to listen more effectively while also offering tips for providing constructive feedback at every operational level.
