Atlantic FCU Announces Two Employee Promotions


Atlantic FCU is proud to announce the promotions of Lucy Ditzel to Chief People Officer and Jenn Benn to Vice President of Member Experience.

With twelve years of experience in human resources and training and development, Ditzel will be responsible for overseeing the company’s talent management, organizational culture, employee engagement initiatives, recruitment efforts, and performance management.

Benn has been with Atlantic FCU for just over two years and brings a comprehensive background in the field of delivering exceptional customer service. She will oversee retail branches and contact center operations, ensuring that members receive the highest quality service.
