Bangor Federal Credit Union is currently seeking three new Tellers to assist members and potential members with their Credit Union needs. The teller position explains services, opens new accounts, responds to problems, and direct members to the appropriate people. Tellers must posses thorough knowledge of Credit Union products, services, and processing systems and be able to cross sell products and services to meet member needs. The Teller must represent the Credit Union in a positive and professional manner at all times. The chosen candidate must be member focused and team oriented, living the People Helping People philosophy.
Additional requirements include:
A minimum of 2-3 years financial service experience, including teller training, credit union experience is preferred.
Ability and willingness to offer products and services for enhanced member service.
High standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism. Positive, friendly, professional attitude and appearance.
Strong communication skills and computer knowledge are necessary as well at the ability to multi-task.
