Maine Savings FCU is hiring a Member Service Representative/Loan Officer at its Portland location.
Maine Savings FCU has an opening for a dynamic Member Service Rep/Loan Officer in our Portland office. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with the desire to offer superior service, and assist members with opening and closing accounts, taking consumer loan applications, answering questions about products and services, and resolving problems that are within their authority to resolve. You will identify opportunities to assist our members with Credit Union products and services which will enhance their financial well-being. Previous experience in the banking field is required for all applicants. We are looking for candidates who are positive, upbeat, present a neat, professional appearance; previous customer service experience is a plus. Prior experience with the Episys Core Processing system is a bonus. This is a 40 hour/week position.
