Acadia Federal Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Visa Clerk to join our team at their Broadway branch in Bangor. This position will help play a crucial role in safeguarding our members’ accounts while optimizing card operations.
In this role you will process fraud claims and assist staff in handling debit and credit card fraud issues. You will also manage card portal transactions, including charge-offs, blocking cards, cash advances, and balance transfers, while monitoring fraud alerts and taking proactive steps to protect member accounts. Additionally, you will recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency in card operations. To succeed in this position, you must have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience in fraud prevention, card operations, or financial services is preferred. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
