New League Training Will Focus on Employee Engagement

Join the League and Bill Nagle with AngleUp Consulting for a training session focused on employee engagement. This all-day workshop will take place on May 22 from 9:30 am – 4:00 pm at the Credit Union Service Center in Westbrook. Register online today and learn how you can improve individual, department, and credit union-wide performance.

About the Session

This program will guide attendees to consider the core engagement drivers and the employee work experience through four questions:

  • Why is the employee at your credit union?
  • What is the work they are doing?
  • Who are the others in the workplace and their impact on engagement?
  • How does the company or department work; what is the culture of the organization?

Fee to Attend

Registration is $249; $199 for credit unions below $50 million in assets; and $299.00 for associate members. If you are travelling from a credit union in the Presque Isle area (i.e., The County FCU, NorState FCU, or Acadia FCU), please reach out to Jordan Inkley at jinkley@mainecul.org for a discounted attendee fee.
