Join the MCUL and Bill Nagle with AngleUp Consulting for a session on employee engagement. Supervisors, managers and leaders who leverage workplace engagement factors can improve individual and department or credit union-wide performance…understanding what those factors is the key. This program will guide attendees to consider the core engagement drivers and the employee work experience through four questions:
- Why is the employee at your credit union?
- What is the work they are doing?
- Who are the others in the workplace and their impact on engagement?
- How does the company or department work – the culture of the organization?
