Rick Olson Wows Credit Union Audience


Sales and service guru Rick Olson wowed nearly 50 credit union employees at this week’s Sales and Service training, receiving a perfect rating. He provided attendees with valuable tips to take back to their credit unions and encouraged the group to assess their service levels by asking questions: Am I Ritz-Carlton responsive? Nordstrom empowered? FedEx reliable? LL Bean creative? Disney magical? Starbucks comfortable?

Olson is an advocate for bringing the best and highest level of service to members. Participants praised him for “providing so much information to bring back to their branch,” “connecting his examples to the credit union world,” and several participants said he was the best speaker they have ever listened to.
