Research shows that emotional intelligence is more important than ability and technical skills combined. Fortunately, it is a skill that can be developed in everyone. Participants will leave with a better understanding of themselves and others so that they can build rapport, lead change, handle conflict, and collaborate effectively.

Any cancellation made less than one week in advance will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the class/training fee. If our classes/trainings do not get enough registered attendees, we may have to make the decision to change the date, move an in-person training to a virtual one, or cancel the class.
