About the Sessions
UDAAP Webinar | December 6, 2022 | 2:00 – 3:00 pm
Attorneys Christopher Pippett and Ashley Beach of Fox Rothschild, LLC, will discuss UDAAP and the current climate for credit unions. They will highlight the issues at the forefront of the regulators’ minds, while sharing best practices relating to overdraft, lending, and membership agreements.
Regulation E Webinar | December 13, 2022 | 2:00 – 3:00 pm
Pippett and Beach will return to cover Regulation E. They will discuss the rights, responsibilities, and liabilities of credit unions and their members in the electronic funds transfer system. They also will provide your credit union with a better understanding of what you can do to comply and protect your members.
Fee to Attend
The individual cost to attend is $199 for both sessions. Credit unions can register more than one person to attend. Each additional person will be charged a fee of $99. For credit unions with less than $50 million in assets, the individual cost to attend is $130.
