A Message from Todd Mason, President/CEO of the League and Synergent
Synergent will host its 3rd Annual Connect User Conference on August 26. When we started this tradition many years ago, the Conference focused exclusively on the Episys® core platform. Three years ago we broadened it to include all of our customers and showcase the breadth of Synergent’s credit union solutions. Because you need technology, payments, marketing, service, and the other areas of your operation to work seamlessly, it just made sense to “connect” them together for you in one conference to demonstrate how we meet your needs.
To set the stage for the conference, you can expect a heavy emphasis on how we can help you deliver great member experiences and drive operational efficiencies. Of course, COVID-19 will influence nearly all our discussions. As it has with you, the pandemic has impacted our strategies, plans, and efforts in many ways.
We will discuss where those impacts have been and where we expect others in the future. When the pandemic hit, we quickly pivoted to be there for you to support, among other things, your staff going to remote work, changes in regulations, upticks in fraud, and meeting the needs of your members through skip-a-pay, loan modifications, and the like. Needless to say, agility and flexibility will only become more critical for all of us as COVID-19 continues to play out.
If you have not signed up for the event, attendance is free to all Synergent customers and registration is still open. In addition to presentations from the Synergent team, we’ll kick off the event with a keynote from Dr. Stephen Happel, who will provide his insights on the impacts of COVID-19 on the U.S. economy, the upcoming elections, and the next four years.
