The Maine Credit Union League and Synergent are pleased to welcome summer interns Nicholas Tammaro and Sydney Seiders.
Nicholas recently completed his first year at Maine Law and joins the Governmental Affairs team as a compliance intern. He comes to the League after working at a credit union in his native New York and at TruChoice Credit Union here in Maine.
Sydney, a rising third year law student also at Maine Law, has begun working with Synergent’s Enterprise Risk Management department as an intern. She recently completed a year-long internship with the League’s Governmental Affairs team as a compliance intern and will be expanding her skills in the risk management field. Her legal research in law school has focused on private share insurance funds in other states based on her research at the League
“I am pleased that we have been able to continue our partnership with Maine Law to introduce future attorneys to the credit union field and to have such strong candidates happy to work with all our credit unions,” said Ellen Parent, Regulatory and Legislative Advocacy Coordinator at the League. “They both will bring great value to Synergent, the League, and Maine credit unions through their work this summer.”
