The Honorable William Cohen to Address League at GAC

The League is pleased to announce that former U.S. Secretary of Defense and U.S. Senator William Cohen will be a featured guest speaker during the virtual Governmental Affairs Conference (GAC) on March 3.

To commemorate this year’s GAC, the League will be hosting a “Mornings in Maine” program prior to CUNA’s GAC programming on March 2 and March 3. This special segment will allow GAC attendees to network and hear from featured guest speakers and Maine’s congressional leaders.

“The League is excited to have Secretary Cohen join us during the March 3 installment of Mornings in Maine,” said Robert Caverly, League Vice President of Governmental Affairs. “It will be great for our members to reconnect with our former Senator and credit union advocate. We will explore many topics and get Secretary Cohen’s view on current events and much more.”
