The County FCU is pleased to announce that former Caribou Branch Manager Dustin Graham was recently promoted to Retail Services Manager of the Northern Region.
“Not only am I excited to grow as a leader in our credit union, but I am also thrilled to be given the opportunity to serve our members and teammates in a larger capacity,” said Graham. “People Helping People is a credit union philosophy that I believe in and live by. It gives me the ambition to lead and serve throughout our institution. I am honored to be employed by The County FCU, and I look forward to contributing to the organization in this new role.”
Graham started at the credit union in May 2019 as a mortgage loan officer and consumer lender for the Caribou branch location. Graham quickly gained the respect and admiration of his teammates as well as management, and over three years, he developed into a fine example for his peers. In August 2022, Graham was promoted to Caribou Branch Manager and is now a vital part of the leadership team. During the Maine Credit Union League’s Annual Convention this spring, Graham was the first-ever recipient of the John G. Murphy Rising Star Award.
“Dustin is a true professional, and we’re pleased to watch him succeed in each of the roles he’s served at The County,” said James Mattila, COO at The County FCU. “He is strongly committed to his team and has an innate skill of elevating the people around him. As a leader of multiple branches, we’re confident that Dustin will use those skills to create the best member experience possible for each community we serve in our northern region.”
Graham holds an MBA in business administration and risk management, has completed the Young Professionals Institute, and graduated from Leadership Aroostook. He is heavily involved in his community, serving on several boards and steering committees. Graham and his wife purchased County Kettle Corn in 2018 and continue to operate their small family business at Aroostook County events and farmers’ markets.
