The County FCU is pleased to announce two staff promotions. Colleen Brennan has been promoted to Mortgage Business Development Officer – Old Town and Janet Bosse has been elevated to serve as the Caribou Branch Manager.
Brennan joined The County FCU in 2022 as a mortgage loan officer. With over 25 years of experience in mortgage lending, she brings extensive knowledge of the holistic needs of individuals seeking financing. She has experience with seeking out business opportunities and growing an organization.
“Colleen has a deep passion for helping members accomplish their dreams and achieve financial success, which is just one of the many reasons she was selected for this position,” shared James Mattila, Chief Operating Officer at The County FCU. “Her tenacity in finding the right fit for every member and overcoming issues surrounding peoples’ financial challenges is unwavering. Her decades of experience in the industry pair well with developing lasting and successful relationships with members, Realtors, and Title companies alike.”
Bosse joined the credit union as a loan officer at the Caribou branch in 2022. With multiple professional awards for excellence and leadership development, Bosse has a lengthy history of dependability and hard work. She earned the Maine Military Authority Coin of Excellence twice, was an Alpha Phi Sigma National Honor Society member at UMPI, and has graduated from the Young Professionals’ Institute and Leadership Aroostook.
